I usually don’t thank people who are just doing their job, but this is different. I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the people at the moving truck rental outlet. They answered all my questions and gave me moving tips that I never even thought about! Sometimes, when you shop around and take something for less you give up something. Not so here!
